Frequently Asked Questions
As a general rule of thumb, we recommend one unit for every 50 people for an event lasting 4–6 hours. If alcohol is being served, you may want to increase that count. For construction sites, OSHA typically requires one unit for every 10 employees.
For construction and long-term rentals, our standard service is once per week. This includes pumping out the waste, sanitizing the interior, and restocking toilet paper and sanitizer. We can increase this to multiple times per week for high-traffic sites.
Units must be placed on level ground with clear access for our service trucks (within 20-30 feet). We cannot place units in areas that require driving over soft mud or steep inclines that might cause the truck to get stuck or the unit to tip.
Most of our standard units come with hand sanitizer dispensers. However, we also offer standalone portable handwashing sinks featuring foot-pump operation and fresh water—highly recommended for events involving food.
For weekend events and weddings, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during the busy summer "graduation and wedding season." For construction sites, we can often provide next-day delivery.
